We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was conveniently situated near the airport and within walking distance to some amazing restaurants. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - they were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, with a well-functioning air conditioning system, a cozy sitting area, and a safe for our valuables. We were pleased to find that the hotel provided free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which made it easy for us to stay connected.

This hotel provides private parking for its guests. the rooms are well-furnished and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay.

The staff's friendliness and service quality still need improvement.

During my Easter break, I enjoyed my stay at a hotel near the city center. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, and banks. The hotel also had private parking available, which was convenient for me since I had rented a car. the facilities were great, especially the gym and pool. It was refreshing to have these amenities available and operating till 10 pm every day.

The reception staff needs to improve. While checking in, they were not very friendly and did not offer much assistance with my luggage.

We did not have a good experience with some of the staff. One of the male staff was unfriendly and did not seem to know about the hotel's payment procedure, which was confusing.
